New Microsoft Download
I just noticed Microsoft posted a new download for Project Server 2003 last week. It looks promising but I hope to have more time to review it later.
Project Server 2003 Sample: Project Initiation with Windows Forms
The download includes the source code and installation scripts for the Project Initiation with WinForms sample application. The sample includes the client application, a Project Data Service (PDS) extension, a utility for registering the PDS extension, and scripts to create the Microsoft SQL Server™ table and stored procedures.
(Too bad there isn't a RSS feed for the Microsoft Download Center organized by product. That would be an easier way to stay on top of these things.)
